How do I pay?
You place the order first. The total on the page is the items only. You then pay that amount by bank transfer.
Put your order reference in the transfer narration. After you pay, tap “I’ve paid”. That opens WhatsApp with the reference already written, and we confirm the transfer by hand. You receive an email when the payment is confirmed.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order reserves your piece before the collection is released. The collection launches on 26 October 2026. You pay when you order. Delivery is arranged after your payment is confirmed.
Why is the delivery fee separate?
The checkout total does not include delivery. Dispatch confirms the fee for your state after the order, and we send that amount to you on WhatsApp. You pay it separately. We do not guess a fee at checkout.
How do I track an order?
Open Track and enter the order reference and the email address you used. Both are required. You will see the status, from placed through payment confirmed, processing, shipped and delivered, and whether a delivery fee has been set.
What sizes do you cut?
S, M, L and XL. If you are between sizes, send your height and usual size on WhatsApp before you order and we will advise.
How long is an unpaid order held?
An unpaid order is held for 48 hours. After that, we can cancel it and return the pieces to sale. Pay within that window if you want the reservation to stand.
What if a piece cannot be fulfilled?
If we cannot make or send what you ordered, we will tell you on WhatsApp. We will not leave a paid order without an answer.
